DARKLIGHTER CHRONICLES

Prologue

Darklighter Chronicles is my lifeblood. It contains dark themes reflecting my own journey through life.

This version is unedited and pieced loosely together. I might edit it some more as time goes on, but I apologize for inconsistencies and missing links. I think the most important aspects of the story is the characters and their interactions and relationships. More Darklighter content can also be found in my collection of short stories specifically the One in a Million-trilogy.

Enjoy.

The open hall resounded of shrill phone ringing behind the desks of the reception. The fountain in the middle of the administration building chuckled as water poured over it. Each lodge member had brought their own mistress, and they were let off at the entrance stairs up to the house. Matthew arrived as one of the last members, but not the...

It was a quiet morning in the middle of May. The sun had just bobbed above the rim of the horizon and shone through a thin veil of clouds shrouding the green summer landscape surrounding the mansion. Though, no matter how much sunshine that illuminated the forest trees, no matter how warm it would be, how many of the flowers...

The black car sped up in front of the TV-station. It was a large typical glass building designed to look futuristic but failing miserably at it. He stood out as Nathaniel opened the door to the back seat and was met by a small delegation of five suit-clad people. Shade and Nathaniel flanked him as they walked up the broad...

Jerry looked through the darkness, trying to find out what woken him up. Was it a dream? No, wait! A sound came from across the room, faint, and barely audible. He looked at the sleeping people all around him, the entire crew quartered in a hall. No one but he was awake. He pushed back the covers and swung his...
